Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using the gl2bajee platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. By registering or using the site, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
General Terms & Conditions of Use
Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on the gl2bajee platform, you must be 18 years of age or older. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Each user may only create one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is each user's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to gl2bajee immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All transactions on the gl2bajee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT. Deposit amounts and withdrawal timeframes are determined according to the platform's current rules. Processing a withdrawal request may take a certain amount of time, and payment may be held until verification is complete. gl2bajee reserves the right to suspend or cancel any payment in cases of fraudulent transactions or suspicious activity. All deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved payment methods, and the use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities & Security
Any form of fraud, manipulation, bot usage, or software tampering is strictly prohibited. Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug on the platform will result in permanent account closure. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other players is completely prohibited. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly forbidden and will result in legal action. gl2bajee reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected.
Game & Betting Rules
All game results are fair and determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and the result is considered final. If a technical error affects a game result, gl2bajee reserves the right to void the bet and issue a refund. If your internet connection is lost during a game, it may resume from the state saved on the system. In the event of any dispute, gl2bajee's server logs will serve as the final evidence.
Intellectual Property & Content
All content, designs, logos, software, and game content on the gl2bajee platform are protected by intellectual property law. Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, redistributing, or commercially using any part of the platform without written permission is prohibited. Any attempt at reverse engineering or extracting source code will be considered a legal violation. Using gl2bajee's trademarks or brand elements without permission is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The gl2bajee platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons. gl2bajee is not responsible for problems with a user's internet connection or device. To the extent permitted by applicable law, gl2bajee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Users play games at their own discretion and must be fully aware of the risk of losing money.
Changes to Terms & Termination
Gl2bajee reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be considered effective from the moment they are published on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after new terms take effect will automatically be deemed as your acceptance of the new terms. Users may close their account at any time, though the existing rules for withdrawing any remaining balance will still apply. In the event of a terms violation, gl2bajee may suspend or terminate the account and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.
